The main objective of this consulting assignment is as follows:
• Supervision and project management of the Road Civil Works Contract for the construction of the Sarande –Kranje – Konispol – Sagiada road, including reviewing, monitoring, inspection and reporting activities of traditional supervision. The road section is 40.5 km and the initial period of execution is 39 months.

This Contract is to be financed under the Agreement on a Five Year Development Cooperation Programme 2002 – 2006 as this was subsequently extended to the year 2011, between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Republic of Albania.
