The Government of Mauritius has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of a Project to build capacity for a multisectoral response to HIV/AIDS, and intends to use part of the financing for consultant services. These services include the preparation of assessments, actions plans, training materials, procedural manuals, etc, for the NAS in the following areas: (i) institutional coordination, (ii) monitoring and evaluation, (iii) resource allocation and expenditure tracking, and (iv) capacity building.

The office of the Prime Minister now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).

Consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).

Interested consultants may obtain further information and the detailed terms of reference at the address below between the hours of 0900 and 1700 hours.

Expressions of interest must be delivered to the email address below by March 1st, 2008. Late applications may be considered for later consultancies.
