REHABILITATION OF SATKHE – NINOTSMINDA, AKHALKALAKI – ARMENIA BORDER ROAD (MODIFIED LOT SJRRP/CW/04-05), consisting of SATKHE – NINOTSMINDA – ARMENIAN BORDER ROAD (HEREINAFTER “SECTION 1”) AND AKHALKALAKI – SULDA ROAD (HEREINAFTER “SECTION 2”)

(a) name of each bidder who submitted a bid for Lot 5:

Ashtrom International, Ltd (Israel)
JV Papenburg Oztas (Germany)

(b) bid prices for Lot 5 of each bid that was evaluated (as they were read-out during the opening):

China Railway Tenth Group – US$42,382,543
Ashtrom International Ltd – US$26,900,423.25
JV Papenburg-Oztas – US$32,330,767.07

(c) name of bidders whose bids were rejected and the reasons for their rejection:

Bid from Ashtrom International, Ltd (Israel) has been rejected on the basis of bidding provision that “In no case shall a single bidder be awarded more than three lots” (Section II, “Bidding Data”, sub-clause 13.2).

(d) name of the winning bidders for one or multiple lots, and the Contract Prices they offered, as well as the duration and summary scope of the contract(s) awarded.

JV Papenburg/Ostash (Germany) has been awarded a contract for the total amount of US$33,100,683.20 (THIRTY THREE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE POINT TWENTY US DOLLARS). Total duration of works is 30 months. The scope consists of road works including earth works, rehabilitation of culverts and drainage, pavement, road furniture and marking, retaining walls, bridges etc
