Clare Local Authorities proposes to establish a framework agreement for
Auctioneering and Valuation Services for its Administrative Area and
including the towns of Ennis, Kilrush, Shannon and Kilkee.
Up to 4 tenderers will be admitted to the framework, which will be
established for a 4-year period. The framework agreement will operate as
follows:
Following on from the evaluation of expressions of interest received in
response to this notice, tenders will be invited from at least 6
respondents. Based on the tenders received, it is anticipated that 4
tenderers will be admitted to the framework, with the initial contract
being awarded to the tenderer submitting the most economically
advantageous tender. Thereafter, the Council may at their discretion
conduct mini competitions among the 4 tenderers for specific projects/jobs
during the 4-year period.
In all cases the original award criteria will be applied.
Admission into the framework agreement will be subject strictly to the
tenderers full and unequivocal acceptance of the contracting authorities
terms and conditions of contract as issued with the tender documents for
the initial contract.
