III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements

formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: — Statement
of the economic operator declaring that in the last 5 years the economic
operator was not convicted by court law force verdict for participation in
activities of a criminal organization, corruption, fraud and money
laundering, - Confirmation that a legal action for bankruptcy is not taken
by the authorities, - Confirmation that a procedure for liquidation is not
proceeded by the authorities, - Company tax certificate (National
requirement), - Certificate that there isn't any law force verdict
declaring misdemeanor charges which means a ban for execution of a
profession, activity and services for the economic operator, - Evidence of
enrollment on the professional or trade register, as required by national
law, in the country where the company is established.
III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity: Information and formalities
necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: — Report of the Balance
sheet statement certified by the competent body, i.e. revised balance
sheet statement or excerpts from the report of the balance sheet
statement. - Report of the total turnover of the company (report of the
profit-and-loss statement, i.e. revised profit-and-loss statement) for the
last 3 years

evaluating if requirements are met: — List of main services (casting of
sculptures) which were performed in the last 30 years, whereby the
operator submits a certificate for satisfactory performance of the most
important points of work, including the value, duration for execution of
the works by providing a certificate for the performed services issued by
the users stating that the works were executed in compliance with the
standards and the norms, - List of works which were performed for
governmental institutions, museums and other investors, covering the works
from the beginning of the economic operator ending with the current year,
by submitting graphic documentation (catalogues, monographs etc),
separately stating the performed works form the area of the classic figure
sculpture, such as replicas of classic sculptures made for museums,
squares, etc., - Educational and professional qualifications of the
economic operator or its management team, and especially of the people who
are responsible for execution of the concrete tasks, - Statement by the
economic operator for employed technical and expert workforce,
specifically: - At least 10 employed operators with appropriate
qualifications - At least 3 associates graduated at the appropriate
Faculty of Fine Arts. - Statement for the technical equipment and
technical capabilities of the economic operator and the other potential
that the operator has at disposal for execution of the concrete works and
securing of the quality, specifically: - Description of the technical
equipment and the measures for securing quality. - Statement that the
economic operator consents that the contracting body or some other
competent body appointed by the contracting body can inspect the
production capabilities and the measures for control of quality, -
Certificates for quality of the bronze in compliance with ISO, CSA, UL,
ANSI, DIN, ACME or other international standards that confirms the quality
and the presence of copper and tin (stannum) with the prescribed ratio, -
Statement that the economic operator does not use silicone bronze or any
other additional supplements except for copper and tin. The stated
requirements are eliminatory.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Technical capability for
production and assembly of bronze sculptures with height of 5 meters.
